Booking Terms & Conditions
To help ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Casa Música del Caribe, guests should review the rental terms and conditions before booking.
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 45 days before arrival. Reservations made within 45 days of arrival require payment in full, and checks are not accepted for these last-minute bookings. Major credit cards are accepted through PayPal, along with checks and money orders when permitted by the payment timeline.
A reservation is not considered confirmed until the owners have received the required deposit and a copy of the primary renter’s driver’s license. Rates remain subject to change until the reservation has been fully confirmed, and minimum-stay requirements vary by travel dates.
A $400 refundable security deposit is required. It is generally returned within 14 days after departure, provided the property and its contents are left in the same condition as upon arrival and all rental terms have been followed.
In addition to the rental rate, guests are responsible for the applicable Mexican taxes: 16% IVA plus a 3% lodging tax, for a total of 19% – added to the base rental rate.
The property is strictly non-smoking, both inside the house and anywhere on the grounds. Smoking on the property may result in a $400 deep-cleaning charge. Pets are not permitted.
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
