Rates are subject to change until reservation is made and are based on four (4) guests. For each additional guest, please add $15.00 per night, for up to seven (7) guests total.
A $400.00 USD security deposit is payable in case of damage or breach of terms. The security deposit is refunded within two weeks after your check-out, provided everything is in order. Fortunately, we have never had to keep a security deposit.
Until your deposit is received, we hope you understand that we must keep the dates open. Therefore, time is of the essence to ensure you receive your chosen dates. Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
For peace of mind, we strongly advise that you purchase travel insurance. We do not endorse, nor recommend, any company. However, to make things easier for you, here are a couple of the most used travel insurance companies. You are responsible for doing your own due diligence with regard to research and purchase.
