Booking Procedure

We make every effort to respond promptly – within 24 hours. If you do not hear back from us, our reply may have disappeared into your spam folder, or, may have bounced. Please try resending your inquiry.

  1. Check the availability calendar and complete the “CONTACT US” form. Please type your email address carefully and include your mobile number. PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR THE MOST CURRENT AND UP TO DATE AVAILABILITY, IT IS BEST TO EMAIL US.
  2. Be sure to tell us what dates you are looking for.
  3. We will confirm whether your dates are available and notify you accordingly.  If you advise us that you wish to proceed with the reservation, we will forward to you, via email, the rental agreement and PayPal invoice.  We will reserve your dates for 24 hours to allow you to book flights. If, during this time, we receive another inquiry for your preferred dates, we will notify you and the other party. The first to complete the booking procedure will take precedence.
  4. Your reservation is confirmed upon return receipt of completed and signed rental agreement, 50% deposit, and copy of primary renter’s driver’s license.  Emailed forms are fine. If reservation is made within 45 days of arrival, 100% is due at booking.  Upon receipt of all of the above, we will provide you with further detailed information for help in planning your trip – discounted transportation information, private chef information, property management contact information, etc.  and directions to CASA MÚSICA DEL CARIBE
  5. Balance of rental is due 45 days before arrival. We accept PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, check and money order.
  6. Assuming everything is OK, every effort will be made to refund the security deposit within 2 weeks of your stay.
